So what is Lucid dream?
What is it? A simple definition of this type of dream is “a dream in which the dreamer is aware that they are dreaming.” Those experiencing a lucid dream not only realize they are dreaming but can also participate in, manage, create, and transform the environment and storyline of the dream. The extent to which a Lucid Dream can appear realistic or bizarre depends on the perceiver’s state of awareness. The term “Lucid Dream” was coined by Dutch psychiatrist and writer Frederik van Eeden (1860 — 1932). The word “lucid” means bright, clear, or distinct. Therefore, a Lucid Dream can be described as a dream that is vividly clear (aware of being a dream)…. (Please search for more information on your own).
